Author: I’m going to use it to transfer algicide from a 15 gallon tank. I need the input to be a garden hose type connection, and the output also. I need it to be able to pump through at least 150 feet of garden hose to a roof on top of a house. I would prefer it to be powered by a gas engine, maybe a small one like 2hp. If not, I could make an electric pump work.

Using only hot water supplied by solar energy this heat engine pumps up well water from 75 feet down, and generates it’s own electricity to charge a battery that runs a small hot water circulating pump.
